DANGER!!!!! From: tennesee Date posted: 10/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 3 responses   i moved in, everyone was helpfull. then 18 mos later i moved out . i hired some people to clean the two bathrooms and the kitchen i vacumed and used a steam cleaner on the carpet. ( the carpet was filthy when i moved in i noted it along with alot of other things on my original walk through that i gave them) my belongings were already at my new place so nothing was in the way when we cleaned. 5 months later i get a call from a collections person saying i owed over 1500.00. i argued to no avail that i had documents offered to fax them to her they did not want to see it. so i was advised to pay the money and then take legal action . there was a reason for the paying first that i can not disclose, sorry. so i am sure you can find a better place to deal with. after this is over i will give an update maybe someone else will be inspired to defend themselves. make sure you get advise before you do anything, they can use your own money against you if you go at it wrong..
