I've only been here 10 months and although I official rent from AHI (corporate housing company) I have had several occasions to deal with the office staff and have maintenance work on some things. In each case, the staff was friendly and helpful and any mainenance needs were handled within 24 hours. It's very quiet here. I enjoy living here! It's very close to the Arsenal, where I work, and close to shopping and entertainment. The only negative is that the security light shines directly into the bedroom window, which makes the bedroom almost as bright as day in the middle of the night.
