I moved there in February of 2003.

There were about six managers that were employed there over my three years of living there.

That should be a sign there! The apartment was nice when I moved there in 2003.

As the time went on and I got into my last lease my apartment was broken in about three times.

The management and myself were the only people with keys to the apartment and yet the break-ins were not done by forced entry! Go figure! After the last break in I decided to have my locks changed.

I had to provide the office with a copy of my police report to change the locks, it wasn't until a month later when I decided I would go to their corporate office that they changed the locks.

There were police often on the site and kids out at all times of the night.

I put in work orders for things in the unit to be fixed, they were not fixed in a timely manner.

The office was scheduled to be opened from 8-4, usually the time people are at work.

I even took off work to talk to the manager about problems going on in the apartment she didn't arrive at work until after 10 a.m.! This was done more than once.

Parking is not good! There were about six parking spaces for our building and if you didn't get there early you were out of luck.

You had to park at another building or out in the additional parking, which was bad if you were coming in at night alone.

I moved out of the complex in February and have yet to receive my security deposit back and we are well into July! Go figure! If you have thought about moving here, explore your other options first! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
