I have lived at Eagle Pointe since these were built. Yes, we have had our share of problems, but it was because of a bad group of people that dont live here no more. I dont know what the previous person was talking about! The new manager has been here for a few months and things have certainly changed for the better since shes been here. Some folks just don't like to follow rules and thats why they complain. Some of the parking is tight, but it's not like you have to walk 10 miles to get to your apartment. This complex is a nice place to live and its affordable.
