I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes but Eagle Point Apartments has showed me that just because you pay your rent on time, you will not receive the appropriate customer service. When I moved to Eagle Point a few years ago, I felt like I was at home. However, those feelings are long gone. Management is constantly changing. Once residents move in, they soon want to move out. The apartment managers are nice once you sign the lease but give it a month and their attitudes change to being nasty. This will even happen if you abide by the rules, friendly and pay your rent on time. Maintenance problems would not be addressed immediately. A person would have to wait over a month or longer to get something fixed and Eagle Point only has six buildings! The manager is rarely in the office. Residents would be lucky to catch up with the property manager. I have called the office numerous of times and the manager would not answer phone. Plus, I would leave messages and I would not get a response in regards to what I needed. Eagle Point Apartments use to have a waiting list to people wanting to move in but not anymore. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. Make Eagle Point Apartments your last resort or even better, just move in with a relative or friend because you will be better off. This place has no respect for the children (even if they are good) and the parents that live in Eagle Point Apartments. If these managers do not like their jobs, they need to quite. Because they are making it hard on the residents.
