we had 11 problems when we first moved in and it took them a month to fix. the former renter had a cat and it went to the bathroom all over the floor. flagstone wanted me to rent a hotel and pay for my meals while they fix the problem. my baby boy would crawl and later he would smell of cat pis. my advice, do rent but if you do, see your place first before you sign. don't break lease either they will stick you with a bill and double dip by rent your place to someone else.
