These apartments are reasonably priced, and the staff will seem friendly at first. But, the old saying is you get what you pay for. My apartment was infested with bugs of all kinds, it was horribly dirty when I moved in, and the staff constantly ignored my objections with the apartment community. Noise is a constant issue with this complex. If you want to live here, you better check out all of Madison's options first.
