CrimeStone..err I mean Flagstone

Me and my wife have a running joke that we like in CrimeStone not Flagstone. This is only amplified in the fact that my truck was broken into this past week. I suspose that it could happen to anyone but this is the second time in the past year. Not to ment that this week was the third time we had to call the cops.
The maintience on the other hand is even worse. Since we have moved in we have had problems with our A/C. I don't know if I can count how may times we have called for repairs, if I had to guess it would easily be in the 20-30 range. Alas I still expect to come "home" this afternoon to an 85 degree apartment.
Perhaps at one time (well before I moved in) this was a nice appartment complex but now it has gone down hill faster than a sack of bricks. I had a fight with my wife all last night over the need to move out. The bottom line is she doesn't feel safe there and I'm starting to see her point of view. When our lease is up we are out unless something else comes up and we get a laywer and move out sooner.
