My husband and I moved into Flagstone in October of 2003. We liked the apartments because it was close to work and the trees made the area seem cozy. Boy did we not realize what we were getting into! The management is horrible! In the summer of 2004, our air conditioner did not work the entire summer! The breaking point for me was one day it was 100 degrees outside and 90 degrees inside of my apartment! It took the office staff 3 days to fix the problem. Totally not acceptable! Then my SUV was broken into June '04 along with 3 other cars. The only condolences I received from the maintence staff was "Um. sorry about that". No resolution! Then my neighbor's door got broken down and now my husbands truck was broken into this week, IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE! Someone, smashed his passenger window out and stole his cd player. The office staff saw the glass next to the truck and did not call the police. Now I can't get out of my lease without having to delivering my first born over to the office staff.

In summary, if you like to live in a hot apartment with horrible office staff, wall paper, carpet, no parking and risk having your personal belongings stolen yearly, then Flagstone welcomes you home! Renters beware. don't say you were never warned.
