We moved from Texas to the Flagstone apartments without know how they really were. The apartments have recently changed managment. They are working to fix up the apartments but are raising the rent on everyone. They will tell you that they are raising everyone equally but I have talked to many with the same type of apartment and theirs is going up 35, 15, or ours is $76 more a month. Our living room ceiling is leaking and when I called them about it, their response was, "Do you have water in your apartment'" They have not ever came to repair our ceiling. Our refrigerator does not work sometimes and the handle is broken. We too have problems with the air conditioning. Ours bairly blows and it stays on all of the time. We had our tailgate stolen off of our truck recently. The staff just gave us a number to the courtesy officer. When we moved in we had wasp nest out on our balcony, it was two weeks before they came to spray. We have had spiders and roaches really bad. We found holes in the wall where they could be coming in and the staff was not concerned at all. My husband finally sealed up all of the holes himself with expande foam. You have to call them to come spray or it will not get done. Our neighbors let their dog poop next to the sidewalk. The office said they will send them a note but it keeps happening. We once called to have a problem fixed and it took them 3 weeks to get to our apartment. I realize there are 500 apartments but they need to have the staff to be able to meet the needs of the residents. I do not recommend moving to Flagstone unless you are desperate for a place to live. I hope we can find another resonable place to live because I do not think these apartments are worth the money.

It has gotten better. The new staff is great. The manager goes out of her way to make you happy. They are working to get our apartment fixed.
