I am moving

I have lived here for a year and a half but I am moving because of the awful new management that just took over. The although Flagstone wasnt the nicest apartments in the area, they were reasonable and cheap for the area they are in. And the management and apartments had a good name. But when the new mangement took over their reputation soured. They are rude and only care about making money, not about their residents. They were so rude to me one day because I told them I was moving that I was in tears because I was angry and hurt. They tried to convince me to stay despite the problems I have had such as a rusty dish washer, smelly old carpet, and maintenance using my bathroom when they came into my apartment. My car was trashed and broken into along with many others on the property. They told me that I would have the same problems somewhere else but I refuse to believe that. They new apartment manager told me that their were 79 other people that were unhappy but that she was not going to make improvements or try to make them happy at her expense. They are fixing up the apartments but rent is sky rocketing for a one bedroom, from $490 to $600! The laundry room is nasty and always broken. Even when the washers and driers took my money, the office did not give it back to me. I would have stayed, even with the problems possibly, if the old management was there because they did eventually do the things you asked. The new management doesnt care about anyone but themselves.
