this place sucks big time.

Management and staff are highly incompetentand irresponsible.

Maintenance requests are not taken care of properly.

What an eloquent review. Are you certain you know what incompetent and irresponsible actually mean? I???ve had a couple of things in my apartment that required a second trip by the staff to get fully fixed but they always have come out quickly and made an obvious effort to satisfy me.
