I was transferring with Redstone and wanted something close to work. I wanted a newer apartment. After visiting all the new apartments and other apartments from Huntsville to Madison. I decided on Flagstone for the value and the look apartments were great. The entire team was wonderful, the manager even had a welcome basket in my apartment when I moved in. The apartment has all black appliances, hardwood floors and a wood burning fireplace. The grounds are always clean and the maintenance does a great job. I see them out daily picking up the grounds. I know this is an older community but you can not tell when you step into my apartment. I love the trees and that it is away from the busy roads. Yes.. I read the reviews and asked my co-workers who live at Flagstone that they have a new management company take over and new manager. I love my neighbors.. they do have alot of kids but they are all nice. My neighbor's kid even takes my trash out. I can not say enough good things and the office people are so nice. Every time I come in they offer my cofee or tell me about some event they are having. Coming to a place where you know nobody everyone has made me feel at home.
