My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years. The management is great except for the constant rotation of managers. There's no way to build a relationship with your manager because they won't be there long. They are great for people with pets. They've even had pet days and built a dog park. There are also 2 swimming pools so they are never too crowded. A playground for kids the wood chips need replacing but the equipment stay in good repair. The work out room is small and some of the equipment is broken but I'm glad to have it. And the tennis court stays clean and well kept. The maintence staff are quick to repair real problems but are a little lax in repairing annoyences (ex. unfinished bathtubs that are impossible to clean)

I only have 2 real complaints.
1. The price of these apartments have skyrocketed for no real reason. Aside from the dogpark nothing has changed since I first moved here except for the price. I reccomended flagstone to a friend and they told me the rent was too high for them. I asked how much it was and it's $170 more than what I'm paying now and the price I'm paying now is higher than when I first moved in.

2. I had a baby this past year and asked the office how much they would charge me to go from 1 to 2 bedroom they said $710 water! I'm currently paying $485 for the one bedroom and have lived here without problem for 2 years but they won't discount so much as one lousey penny if I move to a 2 bedroom.

As I said before if the price was the same as when I moved in I would say this is a great palce to live. But with the outrageous price hike you could move to a nicer apartment for the same price or in the case of weston ranch $20 more gets you better pet pollicy (includes pet sitting), better security, and better area. If the price goes back down I would reccomend it. But right now go elsewhere and pay less or pay the same and get a better apartment.

After reading this review, maybe you should re-think the title of your post...doesn't seem like you're all that happy...of course with all the crime that has happened and does occur on the property, I wouldn't be shocked either.

Update: My family has since moved out to our great new house just in time. New owners took over and started calling meetings. I thought they would be meetings on improving the apartments. Instead they were to inform residents of all the new (mostly ridiculous) rules to be levied on residents and their guests and the rent price is still rising. They also had an "officer" (would like to see her creds) that was going to be proweling I mean patroling the grounds looking for "viscous" dogs and residents with too many friends in the pool. Oh and one pool would be closed early so the lower one could be packed. My opinion if you live there leave and if your thinking about moving in see my first statement. I know a great relator that can find you a house for less than you would pay in rent without it being in a shady area. I love my house and my neighbors good riddance to Flagstone!!!!

Your second post sounds more like the Flagstone where I live. When I was reading your first post I wondered where the maintenance staff that were quick to repair real problems were because I sure haven't been able to find them. I have, however, had to account for my one pool guest that was with me over the 4th of July weekend to that 'pool monitor' though! (the only and LAST time I've ever been to one of the pools, it was embarrassing to have my friend making fun of me being quizzed about what apartment I lived in, who all was listed on the apartment and which person there was my guest.) Why don't you share the name of that realtor? :)
