Flagstone has been fine. I still live there but haven't had any issues. The prices seems to be too much for the quality you receive. I've used maintenance once and the problem wasn't resolved...so I just let my sink drip.
Over all no issues at the complex. It's fairly quiet. There isn't enough parking at my building so there's usually at least one car on the curb. Also there's lots of kids running around. I haven't seem them vadalize anything so that's not a worry.

If you haven't seen them vandalize anything you must not leave your apartment very often because several of my neighbors had vehicles vandalized. Personally, I haven't had my vehicle vandalized, but I did catch some of those same kids you're probably talking about jumping the rail onto my patio. I don't know if they were just planning to poke around in my storage closet or if they were going to try to break in, but they ran off when I cut the patio light on.
