Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Neighbors are excessively noisy after hours (until wee hours of the morning), making a peaceful nights' sleep next to impossible. Repeated visits to apartment office with little luck in resolving the issue. Outcome is still TBD and efforts to enforce 'noise policy' stated in lease agreement seem to be lacking big time.
