Things must have changed ALOT since I lived there from this last person's review. You could hear everything from the upstairs apartments. Upstairs neighbor was a bit psychotic and parking was horrific. I would never go back here. I too, had no problems with office staff until I moved out. Beware...have EVERYTHING in writing and be prepared even if you have a clean apartment (had that signed off on by the staff) that you won't get your deposit back and also they will try to bill you once you are gone. I never got a bill...just a notice from a collections agency over a year after I'd moved. I had to get a lawyer involved to clear my name. Succeeded in doing so but it was a pain and expensive. Save yourself the trouble...live somewhere else.
