I have been living here far too long two years to be exact and I will not renew my lease. Towards the beginning of fall everything has went down hill. A new manager who has no idea of whats going on and is not qualified to be in that position was all of a sudden put in charge. Teresa was a better manager and more qualified, was sad but glad to hear her moving to better things. Other than that the cleaning crew and maintenance staff are great having said that I cannot deal with the office staff, its as though the manager Nancye leads two lives, not to mention I think has a drug and alcohol problem. So you have been forwarned!!!

I was a former tenant, we lived there from 2005-2008.It was really nice when we first moved in. Teresa was the manager at the time. They got rid of Teresa and gave Nancy the manager's position. She was caught dealing drugs, stealing money, letting drug dealers live there for free. they finally got Nancy out of there and gave Lisa and Ghassan the manager's position. They were not very nice people. They hired Skip as the courtesy officer.Skips kids were allowed to do whatever they wanted then the other kids got the blame for it. He never did his job he was always at the pool drinking and then then driving in his patrol car right afterwards. The manager team is a joke, they lie to your face constantly. They run around and gossip about everyone there, they go around and give people's information out to everyone. It doesn't matter if you leave your apartment clean when you move out they will find a way to keep your deposit. We agree about all the other comments on this blog about the chemicals in the pool. Skip and Christi were put in charge of keeping the pool clean. The chemicals in the pool were never done right and it was always over chemicalized. They never kept control of all the sexual stuff that went on in the hot tub. the hot tub always stayed broken because of little kids. They do run the complex like it's a ---- camp. Its true that there was mold all over the windows, they were not very good with keeping the apartments up to maintenence. They allow people to hit people's cars and tell you that you can't go knock on their doors.
