Madison man arrested for exposing himself to young girls Posted by Staff reports March 20, 2009 10:57 AM Categories: Crime Madison Police Department Todd Childers Grogan was charged with two counts of indecent exposure.MADISON, AL. -- A 32-year-old Madison man has been arrested for exposing himself to two girls, ages 8 and 14, in separate incidents at the Grand Reserve Apartments in February and March, police said this morning. Todd Childers Grogan, who lives in the 100 block of Silo Hill Road in Madison, was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent exposure. Police identified Grogan as a suspect after an 8-year-old girl reported a man exposing himself at Grand Reserve on Kyser Boulevard on Feb. 26, and a 14-year-old reported being flashed on March 10, police said in a statement. Police said they concentrated patrols on the area based on the reports and found Grogan and his vehicle at the apartment complex on March 11. Subsequent investigation led to warrants being issued for his arrest, police said. The police statement said investigators continue to look into the case to determine if Grogan had been involved in similar incidents in the past.
I've been reading other posts - I live at Charleston Oaks and when I leased three months ago - I was told about many of these things. When I looked at the Grand Reserve --- not a word.
Just think interested/looking tennants should know the truth....

I have a relative that lives in those apartments. Their treatment of their tenants is absolutly disgusting. I wish someone would go the better business bureau and report them. I honestly think the entire staff is racist. They really do not know how to run an apartment complex, and it is a shame since they are some of the biggest and nicest. They remind me of a ---- concentration camp, if they do not like the way you look, act, talk, they get rid of you. People pay a lot of money to live there, they should not have to put up with that kind of crap.

It is amazing when problem people don't get their way, they go out of their way to spread their poison. I am a happy resident & have been since 2005.We now have the best mang. team ever. I know this resident, because I sat at the pool day after day and endured her drunk behavior,I complained about her &others myself to mang.As far as the guy who got hurt in the gym,he was not a child, not even a resident,@the last time I checked the facilities are for us paying residents only. The pool chemicals were fine, someone dumped trash in the pool and management shut the pool down for days to fix the problem,I know cause I called everyday to see if the children could swim yet. I am a proud resident, these are the most spacious units and mang. takes care of any maintenance or any other issues a.s.a.p. I just don't understand, if it is so bad here why do you people want to renew.(Just wandering)

This is for happytobeatthereserve....I really cannot stand ignorant people, and those who are blind. Im glad YOU enjoy the grand reserve....and I am also glad you seem to be a well liked tenant. Unfortunatly, that is not the case for many people living there. The pool was not fine, and there is a report that says so. Im glad you let your children play in unsafe water with harsh pool chemicals, we should award you "parent of the year". The tenant you speak of was not informed of any eratic behavior, and as a law student, I can tell you it is agianst Alabama state law to do that to someone, without giving them a chance to correct their behavior. Maybe you should read the Alabama Landlord and tenant Act. Also, how did you know about the boy getting hurt? And what if it was one of your children? Oh-wait, you let them play in a pool with toxic chemicals.....you dont care.

I totally agree with your comments. I plan to contact the BBB, over websites, local TV investigative teams, etc.
Having your home "elected" for YOU to move without cause - is expensive and painful.
Thanks for your support. Please spread the word.

Wow...it's hard to understand the review above....I'm thinking "english" isn't the first language...which is fine....but hard to "get it"....maybe this person got their education from LSU....
SO NO WHINNING.....the managers are NOT fair. They do discriminate...and NOTHING about them is respectful. I lived there and witnessed the treatment. I would HIGHLY recommend finding another place to live. The Huntsville/Madison area is so nice...with so many other places to live.
Live and Learn is my motto..........
