I live at the Grand Reserve and to be perfectly honest I love it. You people need to shut up, you all are just pissed because you were trouble and were confronted about your issues. The office staff will not tolerate such conduct and good for them. As far as the ALL caps, are you not being silly, I would call that Elem. In case you did not learn anything in school let me hlep you out, that means they want your attention. Maybe had you read the ALL caps you would have paid your rent and followed the rules, they are listed and it also tells you when your rent is due, perhaps the sign they put out front just doesn't speak for itself. As for the trash PUSH THE GREEN BUTTON and just maybe we could get more use out of the dumpster space, just thinking outloud. I love the place and would highly recommend the Grand Reserve. The staff is always available to help in any way. I can't tell you how many times I have locked myself out of my apartment and either Adam or Skip have always helped me out, so there. Bottom line folks, if you are so unhappy with the staff at he Grand Reserve, MOVE, BUY A HOUSE or shut up and follow the rules.

I haven't read ANYTHING negative about the children at the Grand Reserve....are you feeling guilty about some hidden feelings? I, too, appreciate the kids in the community and their kindness, smiles and love of life. The negative reviews have NOTHING to do with the kids. It's the management team and their unfair, unsafe, and racial practices.

I do hope you never experience the bad side of the staff there at Grand Reserve. I really do. Never was late on rent...never caused a problem...the final walkthrough I was told my apartment was the cleanest they'd ever seen...and I still got pushed around. And for that, I am very angry with them. Because I did follow the rules and it didn't make a difference.

That is the problem, they are not telling people what they are doing wrong. Their lease comes up for renewal and they "elect not to" and they cannot give a straight forward answer. Maybe if you knew anything about Alabama Law, you would know it is illegal to not give a reason. further more, if a tenant is doing something wrong, it is the responsibility of the office staff to inform them, and give them a chance to correct it (per the Alabama Landlord and Tenant Act). As far as I can tell, everyone they have "elected" to let go, are rule-followers, and they do pay their rent on time. So maybe instead of jumping to your own conclusions, maybe you should shut up, and enjoy your apartment, until they "elect" to not renew your lease. Then you can join us, in complaining about the staff. I think the volume of people complaining should tell you something. Maybe the manager should go back to the fast food business, since he cannot grasp the concept of a more professional work environment. It is only a matter of time before they get sued over this stuff, and when that day comes I am going to enjoy a good laugh in their face.
