I, too, had a negative experience at the Grand Reserve. Once there were two dumpsters, then ONE. The "Grand Reserve Informational TV" was like reading the work of un-educated adults. Who, in this day, types in ALL CAPITAL letters' The management team talked down to the residents. YELLED at residents; hired a racist security guard that was fired & evicted. As a black, single women living at the Grand Reserve, I felt unsafe & harassed. I quickly moved next door to Charleston Oaks. BTW Have you noticed how Charleston Oaks has updated the apartments and property' That is the real deal!!!!
