horrid apartment management

I have had several friends and family members live at the grad reserve, and I must say I have never in my life heard of such disgusting management. I am a business/law student, and from both aspects the Apartments fail. I have seen and heard of at least 4 people whos lease was not renewed for undue reasons. Which, by state law is legal. I wish someone would take them to court and fix the issue. It makes no sense why someone who pays their rent on time every month, and pays an outstanding amount, would be elected to not renew their lease. Business-wise, it can be a fatal move. I have read many of the reviews and comments and I must say, a 63% recommendation is terrible. They are beautiful and spacious apartments if you can handle living and managed by incompetent managers. I personally think I could do a better job.

Your experiences are common to many. We all love the size of the apartments, but it is the incompetence of the management team that drives many away. I???ve never experienced such prejudice behavior anywhere that I???ve ever lived. If they personally don???t like YOUR color, race or sex ??? or even martial status ??? YOU can be a target. If you complain about anything in or out the ???norm???, then YOU are subject to eviction. I???m aware of people that lived there with old, worn down carpets that were asked to pay to replace this worn down old carpet. I bet they also ask to repay for painting ??? which in most states is required prior to re-renting. There are so many better options in Madison, I???d look around???..
