I recently stayed at the Grand Reserve in a Corporate Apartment during my transition to Huntsville. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I found the Management staff to be quite helpful and accomodating on anything I requested. I wonder if perhaps these reviewers may have caused some of their own "problems" with the Management......again, I just wonder'

My apartment was very clean, extremely spacious, nicely appointed, and had more storage than many single family homes! The laundry/pantry is huge and the kitchen is large enough for 2 or more people to work in at the same time! The bedroom are a very nice size; the walk in closets are HUGE!

The noise at the Grand Reserve is limited to the trains that pass by during the day. There is virtually no noise heard between the apartments; not even the water running which is unusual in an apartment!

The Grand Reserve is a family-oriented complex and serves that function exceedingly well. If you are looking for a place to party, break the rules, be late paying your rent, and disrespect your neighbors; stay away. If you are looking for a "home" where you can relax and enjoy yourself without having to constantly worry about loud music, public intoxication, and cars racing through the parking lot; definitely consider the Grand Reserve.
