First off I was a good tenant always paid my rent on time and am a very considerate person, I dont right this out of spite but as a warning to other people like me who are trying to find a good place to live. The apartments are right beside the train tracks I mean like 100 feet away hidden by some shrubbery, so it is very noisy especially since the train runs through several times a night. The first week we lived there someone stole our door mat. Also you can hear everything through the walls....I mean everything. And if you bother to call and complain nothing ever gets done to correct the situation. Parking is a total hassel. Plan on walking a lot. There were two garbage dumpsters but they took away one and the other one is always overflowing and disgusting. The windows leak when it rains which causes mold to grow (health issue). We reported this they told us it was our responsibility to clean it up with bleach and that the home office would not approve a new window just because it leaks! The rent was supposed to include water and then they raised the rent to cover the rising cost of the water bill. Two months after raising the rent to cover the "rising water bill costs" they informed us that we would have to begin paying our own water bill but didn't bother to lower the rent to what it was. The owners will lie to your face so beware...they will tell you something and take it back in a heartbeat saying that they never even talked to you about it. The people who run this apartment take advantage of good people, please beware!
