Major complaints are my apartment wasn't ready for move-in, repairs never happen, and trash and mail service stinks. Click on SAFETY to see that 14 registered sex offenders await your children's arrival at this location. I saw one of them wandering around one day there and he told me that he was trying to find the grocery store. The post card notification arrived 2 weeks later with his picture on it, alerting the neighborhood that he was there. The guy smelled terrible and looked even worse.

i looked at the sex offender website and none of them actually live at mountain view. You can't prevent people from moving in around the area. Of those 14 two are actually listed incorrectly, if you look at the addresses one is New Hope, AL and one is on 72E at the Myric Hotel they just put the wrong zip code, so it shows up in madison. So there are 12 people in the city of madison that are registered sex offenders I guess you are moving out of the city???? As far as the mail...do you think management has any control over that? As far as the empty pool in your pictures, weren't they repairing it? do you have a new picture since it's repaired and filled back up again?

I moved, you can keep it. The last time that I looked there, the siding was being replaced with painted plywood. The name also was changed from Moutnain View to Sterling Ridge. But, if you ask me it's more suitable to be Crackhouse Ridge, due to the undesirables living so closeby. It's not luxury?

What is your deal? Management is going above and beyond to keep this place beautiful. I have been living here for 7yrs. and since you are so negative then I don't want you to be a neighbor of mine. You did me and my community a favor for moving THANK YOU! One question why did you chose to live here as long as you did if it was "Crackhouse Ridge" to you...and you keep coming up here and riding through and you don't live here anymore? And further more the information about the sex offender is FALSE...in the 7yrs of living here I have received one notice and that was for a man that was living down the street. You must not have a life to go around and take picture the one with the trash is after hours because it was dark do you expect them to dump the trash everytime someone puts something in it I mean not everyone is perfect. Mr/Ms ANONYMOUS Slander sex offender that hated to live at Crackhouse Ridge that CHOSE to live here for two years. I love living here at Sterling Ridge and appericate all they have done here. The pool is beautiful and NEW!

Wasn't the pool there closed for half of last summer when everyone else in North Alabama was swimming? Those apartments have gone downhill. I'm not your neighbor anymore and the smelly sex offender I received a post card about approached me for directions to Publix months before I moved. No one wants to drive through your paradise/debris filled fields from burned units. It's slum status now, you can keep your apartment. The sex offender button is one furnished by the website maintainers at apartmentratings.com, gripe to them. Did they rat you out? The trash is always overflowing there. Have fun with your goat herd, sheep lover- Keep worrying that you'll come home to charred ruins, since 3 of their buildings have burnt to the ground. One nasty, dangerous area sits directly by the office where a building went up in smoke years ago. A neighbor I knew asked for his sink to be fixed for 2 years, it takes daily nagging to get anything from that office. A garbage disposal shouldn't clog an apartment sink for 2 years while the renter is completely ignored.
