I've lived here now for about a year and a half. I was given a promotion by my company and had here as it was on the top of my list from my research of the area. Upon my arrival (just visiting) the staff was very pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions. I walked the grounds to the apartment they were going to offer me and was surprised how quiet the community was. In addition to the very pet friendly policy (which was important for me.) Upon move in, it was very no hasel and my neighbor even helped me unload my moving truck. (I moved by myself so it would have been a very long day indeed.) Shortly after moving in, my personal dryer (not the provided one) broke down and I requested the office to provide one of their dryers if possible. The maintenance crew called me to inform they did not have any dryers however, they offered to repair my personal dryer at no charge. I was stunned. Never have I heard of this before. Since then, my experience has been nothing short of positive.
Even with all the positive, there are always a few concerns. Parking, at least for my building, is usually at a premium and I tend to get stuck half way to the next building over in order to park at night. In addition, many of the current residents drive very fast through this community. The trash lately has been having issues of overflowing by the time it's garbage day. Whenever I've gone to the office, the staff is curt, but polite in their treatment of me. I did sit down and just chat with one of the staff in the office when I was dropping off my rent about my experience thus far. Overall, I am very pleased with Mountain View apartments. Are they perfect' No. But then again, when was the last time you were someplace perfect' But for the money I spend, I almost (ALMOST, don't want to give any ideas :) ) feel like I'm underpaying for the value I'm getting here. I have recommended Mountain View to my co-workers and new friends I've made since moving here. As another post said, Mountain View I think really is the secret complex few know about.
