I have lived here for a year and plan to renew my lease for another year. The management staff have always been friendly to me and have treated me with respect. the maintenance staff have been very quick and effective and have responded to all requests with urgency. We had a hot water heater die on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone there monday morning to replace it. we have very few problems with pests, such as an occasional trail of ants or a millipede or two.
