We lived in the older part of these apts and its was aweful, first off the building was INFESTED with ants. Pest control told us on numerous occasions that the only to rid the building was to empty and tent it for a month and that the staff wasnt willing to do that. When i found ants crawling on my newborn in her bed we were our of there. Add that to the fact that we werent allowed to let our children play outside and actually got notes on our doors for sitting in the grass and letting the kids play (neighbors and I) It came to the point where we were afraid to let our kids do anything outside for fear of getting another note. I would never ever live in amy property managed by this company again!!

Isn't it funny that you have all of these complaints, and you were EVICTED from the property. Sounds like you have a personal grudge. I find the Lexingtons to be well maintained, the staff courteous and always willing to help, and a fantastic place to live.

We have lived at Lexington at Madison apt. for 9 months and it has been horrid also. The ant problem is out of this world and we also have a problem with spiders. We would like to consider ourselves outdoors people but we like to keep the bugs outside when its time to go to sleep. The buildings here are very old and the maintence men half do there job. We have called to the office many times to complain about the fridge, snik in the hall way, and water leaking from the roof. It would be better if they didn't have to come back at least twice a week to fix the samething. If I where you I would not choice Lexington to live, unless you want to have a headache every day.
