Not worth your money

This apartment is not worth the money that you pay. Noise is terrible and there are children, even very young children running all over the place with no adult supervision. The apartment was filthy from the day we moved in...stained carpets, sheet rock in the garbage disposal, spider webs everywhere, mildew and rotting wood under the sinks. They never came in to change the filter even though the lease stated they were supposed to. I even caught kids throwing baseballs at night and hitting cars with them. Bugs and spiders were everywhere, even with my apartment being kept very clean. We were happy to move out and left the apartment looking better than when we moved in but that hasn't stopped them from charging us a ton of money for a few cheap blinds that only cost $4-$5 at home depot. The apartment charges $25 a piece. A piece of Velcro took the paint off the wall when we moved out...the charge to fix it' $240...the charge to cleaned the stained up carpet that was stained before we moved in' $135. It's nice they do this to people who paid their rent on time and in full every month throughout the entire lease.
