I had MANY troubles locating an apt in the Huntsville area, but once I settled on Weston Ranch, it was great. The management so far is terrific and very amiable. The complex is very clean and many ammenities. I live in the larger one bedroom apt. My entire building area is all 1 bedrooms which is very nice, nice and quiet. The apt is 200 sqft larger than most other comparables. Very clean and modern appliances.

However, I do have some gripes, that are not critical. Since there is only one pool there tends to be a large crowd there at all times, and for those living near it, it is very annoying to have teenagers being loud and partying. THe other major gripe is actually a little more inconvenient. THe entire complex only has ONE trash area, a trash compactor. So no matter where you are, you must haul your garbage in car or walk the distance to dump it. THis is EXTREMELY inconvenient, especially when first moving in with a lot of trash. You'd think they would include maybe a dumpster or two, considering out expensive the compactors are. But other than that, no major problems. Oh, if you're squeamish about spiders and centipedes, beware!
