Good:
-Pool kept clean and orderly.
-Response of exterminator and maintenance crew very fast, efficient, effective.
-Office staff attentive and helpful.
-Apartment layout is very space efficient--easy to fit 3BR home into 2BR apartment.
Poor:
-Summer months--too many pre-teens left unattended at pool and exercise room--very annoying.
-Security gates have been broken 4 of past 5 months we've lived here.
-Can hear man upstairs urinating, but not person next door ever.
