I currently live at Weston Ranch. The apartments themselves are very nice and large. Another person mentioned that the gates were broke earlier in 2003 and "quickly fixed". When we arrived in September the gates were broke and were not fixed until mid-December. Now we are into January and they are still having trouble with the gates. We can also identify with the "noisy neighbor" situation and the A/C/Heating units that are very loud right outside the bedroom window. The grounds are kept up very nicely and the maitainence staff is very quick to respond. One time I called for a maitainence issue and the guy was there in less than 5 minutes. Overall it's a nice place, but keep looking if you truly want a gated community because the gates haven't worked properly since we've been here.
