I still live here and cannot comment on the early termination of lease; however, the other comments made from "really screwed me" are fairly accurate. Beware dog owners--the very fact that you have a dog automatically incriminates you if dog waste is found in front of your building (nevermind the fact that there are MANY other dog owners in the complex that NEVER pick up after their dogs). Even if you try your very best to pick up after your dog, well, that's not enough. You better pick up after everyone else's dogs if you don't want to be accused. And yes, they really do leave nasty notes on your door about the dog waste. Also, the lawn maintenance team is AWEFUL!!! They do overwater the grass and it is constantly swampy--they even water the grass while it's raining (but for some idiotic reason almost everyone in Alabama does the same thing). And for anyone who has said the grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained--GO FOR A WALK!!!! You cannot ignore the huge muddy tire tracks running throughout the complex!!! And how do these tire tracks get there' Well, once again, the brilliant lawn crew loves to drive their riding lawn mowers all around the complex while the grass is completely freaking wet!!! Yeah, this is a beautiful place all right! Now, the management staff--they're a story in themselves. I'll just put it this way--you have a complaint, they won't deal with it. Sure, they'll be nice to your face and tell you that they're going to fix the problem, but months later the problems are yet to be fixed...and they do lie straight to your face. Just trust me on that one--I would explain in more detail but then management would know exactly who this is from. So, overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone--you can find better around the Huntsville/Madison area.
