I had a summer internship at Marshall and needed an apartment for only 3-months. I signed the 60 move out notice right when I signed my lease.
I loved the layout of the apartment, the bathroom was huge and there was lots of storage. All of the appliances and fixtures worked well and the apartment was well maintained.
I did have a major ant problem when I first moved in, but put ant traps down and never saw them again. There were grasshoppers and spiders too, but I dealt with it. I also had neighbors above me that had kids that ran around constantly, I would not recommend the lower level, but thats typical of any apartment building.
Overall I would recommend it, especially if you are going to be there just for a summer internship.
