I lived at the Weston Ranch for 6 months, and really enjoyed my stay. There were a few minor problems, but I didn't mind it at all. This was my first experience in an apartment, and it went much better than I could've hoped.
The staff is extremely friendly. Whenever I needed help with something, they were always glad to help. The parking is also nice. I was always able to park right outside my door, and it was never too crowded.
I think its location was the best part. Yes you live right off of 72, but everything you need is literally a half mile away. You can cut through parking lots to get to Publix, Home Depot, Wendys, Pizza Inn, Kohl's, etc. There's a Walgreens right across the street, so that was convenient also.
For the cons..
It is pricy.. my one bedroom apartment was about $750 a month.
One of the reviews before this one was right about the street light. I think I timed it once to be about 4 minutes, so that's pretty frustrating, especially if you're late for work.
The gates are annoying. They may be a good idea, but if they could function properly, it would be better.
My apartment had some weird flying bugs and a lot of spiders. I didn't mind, but I'm sure other people would.
Depending on where your apartment is, the noise can be pretty bad. I ended up with my place being right behind TJ Max. Some nights at around 2 in the morning, you would hear trucks pulling in and making very loud noises. But if you're on the other side, it might not be an issue.
Overall I really enjoyed it there. I know my cons section might seem like a lot, but it's really not that bad. The Weston Ranch is easily the best apartment complex in the area.

I would agree with everything but the noise level. Where I live is very quiet and sometimes I wonder if I am still in the city!!! As for the light...I know this is not the apartments fault but the city. I actually have sent in a complaint to the city hoping to help get it resolved. Also the gates are nice and yes they don't always work but for the most part they do. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new and refreshing place to live. And the staff...I don't know where they got them but other apartment complexes need to find out. They are AWESOME!!! they are always so willing to go the extra mile for me and so nice. They really make me feel like family here. Definitely check them out if you are looking.
