Nice Apt, but too expensive (rent always increases) and spider problems

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The apartments are pretty quiet, unless you live near the pool. I lived on the first floor and I could hear my neighbors EVERY step, which could get annoying quick.
The only reason I left here was the prices. They are wayyy overpriced compared to other apartments in Madison/Huntsville and rent will increase outrageously everytime you renew.
The gates work on and off.
I didn't have any roaches or ant problems, but I constantly was killing spiders in my apartment. They would come and spray, but after a week or two I could find a tarantula crawling across my floor.....
Overall though, the apartments are nice inside. They have tons of closets. Linen closets in the bathroom, closet near the front door. A HUGE pantry in the kitchen. Mine had a built in bookshelf which was really nice to have. They have an on-site laundry facility, but have the hookups in the apartment if you wanted to bring your own. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who had a nice salary to afford them.
