WORST PLACE TO RENT

To prospective RENTERS:
Millbrooks is the not the best place to live! In fact, this is one of the WORST (if not the very worst one) rental place I have ever rented. The management does not have a clue on how to run this place. They lack the customer service attitude and necessary traits, particularly in dealing with the current tennants. The whole place may look nice and descent from the outside, but once you lived in this place, there is nothing worst than being tortured at your own apartment. The structure of the building seems to have been constructed on cheap cardboards, that you could hear every single noise or walk steps from your neighbors around and above. Additionally, the main gates and back gates are always broken and malfuntioned, which means that they stay open in most of the time than being closed or secured. This is what I've paid for a higher rent. I understand that when I signed up the lease at Millbrooks my security is included, but I was wrong or should I say I was wronged. I think it would take a very serious crime to happen before the management does anything to ensure our security. The trash containers or dumpsters were always full and clustered, especially few months ago. It changed a little after they got a citation from the City of Alexandria, good for them. Furthermore, the rent on this facility does not match the services you expect from them. More to say that each unit has different rental rate --- there is no standard rate set at all! I am glad that we will be moving out of this miserable place soon. There is nothing good to say about this place
Beware and be cautious before you signed up at Millbrooks. Do not make a mistake of moving in here, you may regret it. There are far better rental places than this one. You'll get your money's worth from somewhere else. Good Luck!
