I lived at Arlington Park, in Building 3 by the pool, for two years. On the plus side, the apartments feature concrete construction, which means noise is very low. This is one of the quietest apartments I have ever lived in. My two-bedroom unit was also huge (I believe 1200 square feet plus) and I had few maintenance problems.

The biggest concern with Arlington Park is the new manager, who came in about a year ago with a very bad attitude. Sweetheart, if you are reading this, stop sending out your angry, threatening notices to the residents. We are adults, and your customers, and do not appreciate being spoken to in that tone. You get more sugar with honey, ma'am. The previous manager, Susan, was awesome. Kind, funny, and fair. We also had wine and cheese parties, and there were fresh-baked cookies daily. Gone with the arrival of ---- Manager.

Oh yes, when I moved in, there were no speed bumps in this "luxury" community. You can thank said new manager for installing those within weeks of her arrival.

In summary, management took a huge turn for the worse with the new manager. But, these are still solid, attractive apartments in a great location, at reasonable rates. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
