We lived here for over a year and it was the worst.
The walls, floor, and ceiling are like paper.
The paint, carpet, and vinyl are cheap.
We were shown a model with an elegant color on the walls.
When we got our apartment, there was this chalky flat paint.
They charged us $360 dollars for carpet that was nasty when we moved in.
DON'T STAY HERE.
They do not do anything about the noise.
It looks nice, but it is not.
Our toilet tilted about 20 degrees to the right.
It is just horrible.
If you want a great place to live, go to Windsor Place.
They are about the same price, maybe cheaper, and it is well built and an excellent staff.

I couldn't agree more, the apartment itself is very cheap, I cleaned my carpet before we moved in, after they had it professionally cleaned and the water that come out of it was black... Everything in here is super cheap but the rent... and the noise, the people above me I think are wearing army boots, it's awful! We signed a 6 month lease and our plans are we be here a year until our house is build, but due to the noise we're talking about moving out... Plus around our apartment it's always trashy, I can't wait to get out of here!!
