I have Lived at Arlington for 1 1/2 years. And I love it. The office staff worked with my time frame and did everything they could for my husband and I. We were pretty demanding with 2 large dogs. The pet fee was a lot less here than my previous apartment complex of 500.00 per dog and pet rent. So the pet fee here was painless and they allow you to split it up. My apartment is beautiful and looks just as good as it did when I moved in. I have had 2 maintanance calls since I have been here and they have been very quick. Within 24 hours on very small problem and they fixed it completely. The pool has been open ever since I got here and I love how clean it is. They also just got new furniture. They have dog walking stations outside which I love because it makes it so easy to pick up after my dog. and my dogs love how much room they have to play. This place is the best place I have lived in mobile and I would recomend it to anyone. The staff is very proud of their community and it shows!
