I to used to live at Autumn Woods (5 years) and everything was GREAT until the Landlord from HELL came on site. Mrytle Hill is HORRIBLE and she lacks on CUSTOMER SERVICE skills BADDD!! Mrytle needs SERIOUS training on property management and people skills. She has loss soooo many residents after Ms. Linda left. Mrytle doesn?t work with people at all nor does she have heart.

Mrytle is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY RUDE, INSINCERE, NO TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE, NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO LEASE AGREEMENTS AND basically she a BAD APARTMENT MANAGER.



I MISS LINDA she was GREAT the property was always PRETTY and WELL MANAICURED. Her staff was professional, understanding and new what it took to rent apratments. Mrytle staff is FINE but, Mrytle is HORRIBLE (SHE?S A DUMMY). Dont? ask Mrytle a question because she has to always call Sealy Management for an answer. Mrytle has the nerve to place a banner up that states "WE LOVE OUR RESIDENTS" if this old hagg loved her residents then why in the HELL are they moving including myself. I?m sure I can get better service living under a bridge with the homeless. Someone needs to do something about the WITCH because she is going to cause Sealy Management alot of MONEY and RESIDENTS because of her unprofessionalism.



I wish that Linda were still here because our complex was like one big family to her. If you had a problem Linda would do what she could to solve it or find someone who could; if you ran into a problem with rent she would work with you on payment; we had tenant retention meetings; pool parties; and functions for the kids.



Now, all we you see are THUG LIFE residents walking all night; cars playing LOUD music; people haging in the breezeway; residents leaving TRASH outside their doors; people YELLING down the parking lot; TRASH not thrown in dumpsters; FURNITURE not being disposed properly (sits by the dumpsters for days or weeks). Sealy Management needs to take pride in when it comes to their HUMAN RESOURCES DEPT. when hiring property managers.



Autumn Woods once was nice when Linda was property manager but, now it has turned into THE PROJECTS IN WEST MOBILE.
