Let me first start off by saying that these apartments has a lot of potential, but because of the management I would not recommend these to anyone. When coming to look at the property the management will treat you with courtesy and respect. Once the lease is complete her aditude will change and she will become rude and talk to you as if you were a child (power trip). The grounds are not kept up at all, it is embarassing to have company come over because it looks horrible. When you go into the office ( because something will always tear up) they are rude and act as if it was there stuff that was messed up. It takes forever to get something fixed and it is never fixed right. I cannot get over how rude the manager is. The apartments that I moved from the management was very nice and kept the grounds up so I was happy to refere people. Oh. also if you come home late be prepared to walk because theres never a parking space. ( my personal experience)

We visited here 4/08 and I was very distrubed by the poor condition of the bathrooms and the cabinets that were filthy - in the "model". When you are shown an apartment with mold in the bathroom it doesn't take much to realize that there is no attention given to providing a healthy environment to live. I could only imagine what the apts they actually rent must look like if the SHOW APT is so poorly maintained. Thanks for taking the time to post and confirm my concerns.
