My wife and I have lived in Cabana for about 31/2 years. We have had nothing but great stories about this place. Karen is GREAT!! and all the staff up front seem to always be extremely helpful. The property especially in the front part on the Michael side around the office is very nice. Most apartments are new inside and the rest have been in constant process... Any Maint. problems we have had were resolved quickly, even when they had to come out after hours. There are very few crime problems in the area. Only twice since we have been here have I seen a car broke into. That happened really close together within the first year we were here. I personally have had no problems and know several other people who live here and they feel the same. The price is also very good for the size of the apartments. I am surprised at what I get for the price. You should take a look at this place before deciding for sure where you will stay here in Mobile. I have had both the 1 BDRM and 2BDRM apartments and have lived upstairs and downstairs!! We like them all.
