The management does not fulfill the rental credit that they advertise for referring tenants. Not only have I been denied my credit, but I know of 3 others who have had it happen to them. Also, the security gates NEVER work, so there is a lot of crime in this complex. I have personally had a friend robbed at gunpoint, my neighbor had his car broken into, and my boyfriend had the window smashed out of his truck in the parking lot. They state that they have pest control spray every month, but I have only had the pest control person spray my apartment ONE time since Feb. 2004! The office staff is friendly until after you move in, but they have since been rude when I have requested maintenance or have a complaint. I am a very quiet medical student at USA and keep to myself, but even I can't avoid the problems that come with this complex! I have lived in other complexes and I recommend West Mobile. I know that I will be moving when my lease is up in February! Until they decide to make some changes around here, I would recommend that you look somewhere else!
