Cabana Apartments will stick you with all kinds of fines when you move out. My apartment was cleaer when I moved out then it was when I moved in. I called a few months later to get my deposit back and they told me that they had sent me to collections because I didn't pay $500 to replace the carpet when I moved out. Also, it is just a scary place. People get their cars broken into all the time. My neighbor used to walk up to my bedroom window (I was on the bottom floor) at night and try to peek under the shades. I notified the management, and they didn't do anything about it. They told me that I had to talk to the neighbor myself. Also when I put in maintenance request they would not leave a note saying they were in my apartment to fix the problem. When I would get home from work I thought some one had broken into it because it was so dirty after they left. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!!!!
