I currently live in the complex & my lease is up in FEB of 08. & Take my word; I WILL BE MOVING out. If able to, sooner.
I have had people knock on my door asking for money, my apartment almost broken into (damage was done to the door', my car was broken into (almost stolen) & i'm now sitting on a car bill that cost more than my rent. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! It was nice at one time but I don't know what has happened...
The gates never work, there are security guards (on foot) but they are nowhere to be seen. The pools are always closed, it seems, b/c of vandalizing children. The office staff is rude & unknowledgable. The maintenance people are rude & dirty. They will leave an apt in a mess when they done. I had mold growing on my wall & all they did was put a coat of paint over it (sloppily done).
Since the roads were repaved, the laundry room price has gone up & it was totally unnecessary.
