From talking to the many homeless that are getting FREE apartments in cabana they are participating in a get the homeless off the street program. This is all well and good except for the daily beggers, the people that sit down on my porch and dont leave, and the fights that break out between the homeless. Also the car stereos rattle the windows when people drive by. The pool by my apartment was closed for maintinace 3 out of 7 days a week during the summer.
Both my roommates cars have been broken into more than once. The gate has been open for 5 months...and the key card I paid for has not had a working reader to scan it on for almost a year.
Maintinance is horrible. It took them 5 visits to fix my A/C leak. They just painted over moldy ceilings and walls. I have yet to see a thing these people advertise be true.
