I have been here since Aug. of this year, the staff are very nice as are MOST of my neighbors. My main problem is noise when I'm trying to sleep and some safety issues. The gate from azalea doesn't work so anyone can into the complex, which is scarey. There are constantly homeless people wandering around and I have had two people knock on my door and ask for money. There are people up at all hours of the night making a ton of noise even though several of us have complained. However the apartment is very nice and when we need something fixed someone comes right over and the rent is great, I have a two bedroom for 540 a month. I probably won't renew my lease just because of the noise problems.
