i am overall disappointed with the apts here. i had numerous problems with AC not working in the summer and after 5 pm they won't come to help or anything...they expected me to stay in the apt with no AC in 90 degree weather. the bathroom molds easily. the bathtub needs to be replaced - it was visibly worn when i moved in. the carpet was 'used' condition when i moved in, and after a year stains from previous tenants has shown up. Apt is not well insulated, so power bill is expensive year-round and noise in other apts is very audible. needs more parking, or they need to enforce that visitors must park in a designated area.

fyi, i think there has been one break-in each year i've been here - but at least the staff notifies residents, which i appreciated.

Only benefit - I think that they are probably the nicest of the apts within 5 minutes of USA campus. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
