AS A VETERAN TENANT, I HAVE SEEN MANAGERS AND ASSISTANT MANAGERS COME AND GO. THIS NEW ASSISTANT MANAGER NEEDS PEOPLE SKILLS. MY GROWN NIECES AND NEPHEWS DON'T TALK TO ME IN THE TONE OF VOICE THAT SHE HAS USED WITH ME AND OTHERS IN MY BUILDING. HER FAMOUS QUOTE IS "IF IT'S NOT HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING, THEN "MY" GUYS WILL GET TO IT WHEN THEY CAN." ACCORDING TO THE BROCHURE--WORK ORDERS ARE DONE WITHIN 1 DAY. SHE'S HATEFUL, SARCASTIC, AND GIVES YOU THE FEELING SHE'S BETTER THAN YOU.
